Dylan Noblesmith e99b27f35e Let CompilerInvocation initialization indicate failure ...

This fixes the FIXMEs in ParseAnalyzeArgs. (Also a
precursor to moving the analyzer into an AST plugin.)

For consistency, do the same with AssemblerInvocation.
